• Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons across the primary phase, following the Curriculum for Wales.
• Inspire and enthuse pupils to achieve their full potential.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively.
• Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs to ensure inclusive education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to whole-school development and ethos.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
