37 hours per week
We are looking for registered social workers on a permanent and casual basis to join our Adult Social Care teams supporting individuals and their families to remain as independent as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity to further your career and experience, using a person centred and strength based approach, to enable individuals to remain in control of what matters to them. You will provide support potentially across all our Adult Social Care teams, initially however we would see you supporting our short-term assessment services and our three community cluster teams which mainly support older and disabled adults
We are committed to professional supervision support, and offer excellent training to social workers for career progression and ongoing development.
A relocation package up to £8,000 will be considered for this post.
