We pride ourselves on the excellent system support we provide to colleagues within the Council and the knock-on effect that has to brilliant outcomes for our community. This role is key to maintaining that high quality service. It’s a diverse role that will involve you managing two teams of colleagues that look after our schools’ system (SIMS) and social services’ system (WCCIS).
You will be a service focused individual that will form a close working relationship with our respective customers, managing their demand while at the same time a motivational manager, working alongside colleagues in both teams to manage capacity to satisfy customer demand.
