Come and Join our In house Domiciliary Social Care Team in Bridgend.
If you are a positive, caring and motivated person who would like to help people, you will be welcomed in our in – house Domiciliary Service. We support people in their own homes to maintain their independence, regain, improve and maintain skills of daily living, provide the best outcomes for people who need care and support and in a safe environment. You will work as part of a team or on your own. You will work closely with district nurses, social workers, therapists and other professionals across health and social care sector.
Bridgend County Borough Council offers great opportunities for people wishing to work in the Social Care sector and you will be supported to attend training and further develop your learning as well as opportunities to support a career progression in the sector.
We are looking for people with sound values, respectful, able to contribute and make a difference to people’s lives. Be a good listener and have good communication skills and are able to work as part of a professional multi skilled team.
