As Co-ordinator of the HR absence and admin team, you will support the HR Transactional Manager in providing an effective and efficient administrative service. You will also play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Council's new occupational health contract.
With a good standard of education equivalent to QCF level 4 (or ability to demonstrate through experience), you will have a proven working knowledge of HR information systems and be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.
You will demonstrate good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload of self and team. You will also have excellent communication skills and be confident in forming constructive working relationships at all levels.
