The systems team within the HR Service Unit is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Council's integrated HR and Payroll system (Trent).
As a member of this team, you will assist in the day to day operational running of all Trent processes whilst taking a proactive role in the testing and implementation of system fixes and legislative upgrades. The development of all Trent modules and the delivery of training to system users are also main functions of this role.
With previous knowledge of integrated Payroll/HR systems, the ability to work flexibly and proactively is key to your success. Confidence in persuading and liaising with internal and external customers at all levels to develop good working relationships is also required.
