The Grand Pavilion, Bridgend County Borough Council's seaside theatre and arts venue, is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fulfil a key customer-facing role.
You will be responsible for ensuring that customers and clients visiting the venue have an enjoyable and positive experience, including providing first-class customer service; supervising on-duty staff; opening and closing the building; complying with health & safety procedures; and ensuring the bars, kiosks and other front of house operations run smoothly.
You will be able to demonstrate relevant experience and competency in customer service, processing payments and the ability to be proactive with all aspects of the role.
Whilst you will be primarily based at the Grand Pavilion, a term of your employment is that you may be required to work at other venues and locations within the borough, should the need arise.
