The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a wide scale organisational change management initiative as the region prepares for new ways of integrated working. The ability to work across organisational boundaries and with national organisations will be paramount and experience of programme/project management is essential.
This role will allow the post holder to advance their current skillset, focusing primarily on the development a regional business case and regional implementation plan. They will assist and drive the development of local implementation plans ensuring links with the national arrangements.
