Required as soon as possible, two Learning Support Officers to work in each of the three localities (East, West, North) in Bridgend, alongside the Specialist Teacher, Wellbeing, who will be co-ordinating the Wellbeing agenda across Bridgend.
The main purpose of this job is to contribute to the Wellbeing needs of children and young people at every stage of educational provision. The post holder will support schools within a locality to promote, develop and implement Wellbeing across all aspects of school life. All post-holders will support the vision, ethos and policies of the local authority's Wellbeing Strategy and support the Group Manager in the development and implementation of a Consortium Wellbeing Strategy.
