We are looking to recruit an Assistant Buyer on a temporary basis up to 12 months.
Working as an effective team player in a professional procurement service, you will be required to assist in providing a contracting service to all departments within the Council.
Excellent numeracy, IT and communication skills are essential together with a sound working knowledge of procurement processes ideally within the public sector is desirable.
A recognised business qualification incorporating study of procurement is also desirable.
