Do you want to gain work experience whilst completing a qualification and earn a salary?
You will learn to deal with a variety of enquiries by telephone, email or face to face, in Welsh and English, wherever possible resolving the enquiry at first point of contact. Over the year you will also be studying at college and in the workplace to achieve your customer service qualifications.
This is a varied and demanding role in which you will learn to become an advocate for the customer, delivering the commitments made in our Customer Services Charter.
We are offering an opportunity for someone between the age range of 16 and 24 to join the Customer Service Centre to follow an apprenticeship programme which will give you the skills and experience to pursue a career in customer service.
Applications will not be considered for those who have already achieved a qualification at degree level.
