This is an exciting opportunity for people with experience of working with community members, partner organisations and projects to engage directly with community members to develop new and innovative ideas to support individuals into taking behaviour changing activities to improve their health and well-being.
The postholder will have an understanding of health determinants and have experience of working with a range of partner organisation relevant to public health and knowledge of the ill health preventative agenda.
This role is a crucial part of the C1st programme and applicants need to be of a high calibre and who are delivery focused, able to identify suitable activities meet the targets and outcomes of the C1st programme
The Bridgend Communities First Programme is a Welsh government funded Anti-poverty programme which works with the most deprived communities in Bridgend.
