37 Hours a week
As a key member of the Health and Safety team you will help create a positive safety culture. The role will involve working collaboratively with all Council Directorates to identify their health and safety needs and support the required improvements. You will play a lead role in providing competent advice, guidance and training to line managers, across a broad range of services, enabling them to gain expertise and confidence in managing health and safety issues.
You will possess or be working towards a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent NVQ level 5 and be committed to continuous professional development.
