We have clear models of practice – Signs of Safety for children and families and Outcome Focussed Strength-based Practice model for adults. We are investing in a range of non social work support roles in commissioning, performance and business strategy so you have the time to spend your time leading the people and systems which will support our commitment to continuous improvement in social services and wellbeing in Bridgend. We have a wide range of services available, including award winning prevention and wellbeing and Council delivered accommodation care and support for children and adults.
