Annualised Social Care Worker - Ty Ynysawdre & Ty Llwynderw (ECH)
We have various hours available from 21 to 30 hour positions to suit your availability.
Bridgend County Borough Council and Linc Cymru work in partnership to deliver a ‘Home for Life model’ for tenants and residents within an Extra Care community.
Ty Ynysawdre and Ty Llwynderw supports people to live independently in their own apartments whilst maintaining daily life skills. Tenants will require a level of domiciliary support according to their assessed need. The service also provides 24 hr residential care for people living with dementia.
Your role is to deliver person centred support to meet the needs of people who live independently or within 24 hr residential care.
You will work as part of a skilled social care team, delivering domiciliary or residential care to people living in Ty Ynysawdre and Ty Llwynderw. You will work closely with LINC colleagues, District Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists and other multi professionals across Health and Social care sector.
