We are seeking a Trauma Lead Practitioner to join our dedicated Trauma Service team. In this role, you will:
Provide training, consultation, and supervision to staff across family support services.
Work alongside the Clinical Psychologist to analyse complex case information and support research.
Drive the development of Trauma-Informed Practice across BCBC Family Support Services, influencing strategic and cultural change.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
