This is an incredibly exciting and important time for the educational provision in the Garw Valley Federation. We are seeking to appoint three ambitious and highly motivated Cover Supervisors to join our talented team for one year in the first instance. These roles will see you:
Covering staff absence in the first instance
Covering staff to work collaboratively across the Federation.
Provide bespoke intervention support for targeted pupils.
We are looking for genuine team players who value the success of the entire team as much as their own. Staff who are self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven to do the best they can, staff that set high standards for behaviour and ensures that every pupil is treated with respect and feels valued and included.
These roles are for visionary practitioners who are excited about the future of education not only in their base school, but also across the three schools that make up the Garw Valley Federation. It will be an opportunity to work in conjunction with colleagues across the three schools to provide exciting and enriching lessons/activities across the curriculum and our settings.
