The appointed teacher will need to be someone who is highly motivated and can inspire and enthuse children. A person with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who is able to set and maintain high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour. The successful candidate must have knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales, have experience of teaching across the primary phase and working with children with Additional Learning Needs.
