Wellbeing Workers form part of a multi professional locality team of frontline workers related to early intervention / prevention. They provide support to vulnerable children and their families / carers to improve their wellbeing and resilience in order to maximise their life chances and reach their full potential.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have successful experience of working with children, families and have experience of working in a multi-agency environment.
The satisfactory outcome of a criminal record check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this position.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.

A valid driving licence is requirement for this post.
