We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Early Help Hub Manager to join our Family Support Services leadership team within the Social Services & Wellbeing Directorate.
This is a key operational leadership role with responsibility for overseeing one of Bridgend’s three Early Help locality hubs. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality, preventative services for children, young people, and families, and will play a critical role in the ongoing redesign of Early Help provision across the borough.
You will work in close partnership with Edge of Care and Strategy colleagues to embed a more integrated, consistent, and outcome-focused approach, ensuring families receive timely support that reduces the need for statutory intervention.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced Children and Adults Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
The council’s Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office.
Weekend Working is a requirement for this post.
